Spotted is the only place to pre-pay for a parking spot that someone is selling at their home on Michigan Football Gameday. Find and compare spots on the map, pick the one you want, and show up on time! You can also get your spots listed by filling out our form.
Spotted was created by students at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor who identified the need for a better way to park on gamedays.
Sellers no longer have to stand at the feet of their driveways holding "park here" signs, and buyers no longer have to crawl through traffic trying to find an open spot that's being sold. It's a win-win.
In order to sell your spot or make reservations, you need to sign up with your email address.
Need a spot? Reserve one now! Find one on the map, click on the pin-point, and click "More Info" Pay via PayPal or enter your payment card information, click "Park Here", and the spot is yours! View and manage your spots on the dashboard.

Your security is our top priority. The data that you submit and your connection to Spotted are secure and encrypted to keep your information safe. We process all payments through PayPal, the most reputable name in online payments.
If you're reserving a spot, all you have to do is enter your payment information to pay for your reservation.
If you're selling a spot and someone made a reservation with you, you'll receive a PayPal invoice from us at the email address with which you signed up 24 hours after the end of the reservation.
Rather than pushing higher prices to customers, we take a 10% service fee from the price that you list for your spot. For example, if you list your spot for $30, the customer pays $30, we keep $3, and you get $27.
Buyers who make a reservation at a spot have 24 hours after the end of their reservation to report any issues that they had with their reservation. Once a dispute is submitted, payment to the seller will be postponed until the situation is resolved. If we find that the buyer's dispute is legitimate and warrants a refund, we will refund the buyer the amount paid. However, if we find that the buyer's dispute is illegitimate or does warrant a refund, we will complete payment to the seller.
Disputes must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org.
